What Others Say About Laurie Blucker:

DW: It was my pleasure and privilege to work with Laurie Blucker for six years. Laurie is one of those few people that would never say “that is not my job.” No matter what the situation called for Laurie always stepped up to the task at hand. I could rest easy knowing that Laurie would promptly handle whatever situation occurred. Laurie’s enthusiasm and dedication was a significant part of the success the Sports Medicine Department experienced, exceeding their five year goals in less than three years. Laurie is self-motivated and dedicated to customer service. Laurie took pains to insure every patient understood their paperwork and had all of their questions answered while making them feel as though they were the only person she had to assist that day. It is with highest praise that I recommend to you Laurie Blucker. If your position requires leadership through action, commitment to achieve goals and impeccable customer service, then Laurie Blucker is your best choice.

SM: Until just recently, I have been Laurie’s supervisor since October 2009 in the Accounting Department. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, Laurie is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas. Though she was an asset to our accounting department, Laurie was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. I highly recommend Laurie for employment. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.

JW: Her upbeat and outgoing personality made a friendly and helpful first impression for our department. She is intuitive and insightful. She is well organized and able to make good judgments with only general direction. Laurie is also a very hard worker. She has maintained her own business on the side, in addition to working full time for the Network. She is very capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities. I recommend her without reservation for any position that requires the qualities of being hard-working, personable, dependable and organized.

CG: Laurie’s commitment to every endeavor is evident. I have always found her to be a self- starter who doesn’t wait until someone asks for a job to be done, but looks for things that need to be done. Her friendly and outgoing personality naturally draw people in and make them want to help with whatever the task at hand may be. Laurie strives to be the best at what she does and her leadership abilities shine with her Longaberger business. She is able to successfully manage multiple tasks at both work and at home and still stay organized. Laurie will be an asset to any company that is fast paced and needs someone that is able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

FS: Laurie is an excellent communicator and works harder than anyone I know. She is able to learn and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations. When tasked with something, she consistently does it right the first time and always finishes on or ahead of schedule. She communicates very well with her co-workers and often is the go to person when things need done. She provides excellent customer service both internally and externally. Laurie is passionate about her work and has a great work ethic. She is a patient and incredibly diligent worker who is capable of handling multiple projects at one time. If I could clone a model employee, it would be Laurie. She is just a pleasure to work with and be around.

MR: Laurie is a go-getter - takes charge - always thinking – organized - quick on her feet.

JM: Laurie is very organized and has great skills with people!
JR: I have worked with Laurie for over 15 years; she has been an invaluable part of my management team with The Longaberger Company. Laurie is an amazing detail person – someone you can always depend on. She has been in charge of numerous sales events that we have done over the years and has done it all with great creativity and thoroughness. Laurie would be a valuable addition to any organization!

RG: I have known Laurie Blucker for 10 plus years and I have been amazed at her overall ability but in particular her business sense. Laurie has worked in the medical, business, and public sector. She is also a Branch Leader for Longaberger which treats their associates as business owners. As a business owner, she has been responsible for all aspects of her company to include recruiting, retaining individuals, marketing and selling of the product, and customer service. Her business is dependent on her professionalism, knowledge of the product and ability to interact and please her customers. Laurie also worked in the medical sector and those same traits she honed for her business were reflective in her service to Kettering Hospital. People used the physical therapy/rehabilitation at this Kettering site for many reasons and one of those reasons was Laurie Blucker. In her last job, she used her expertise to manage large apartment complexes and each day had to adjust to a variety of issues. After a time with this company, Laurie was handpicked to work in corporate accounting using her financial management and accounting knowledge. I have also worked with Laurie on a variety of school and community projects and what she brought as a volunteer was invaluable to the success and continued success of those projects. In all her business and community projects, Laurie brings her work ethic, her knowledge, and her ability to adapt and grow with each opportunity.

MT: I first met Laurie 16 years ago as a chaperone for the Wayne High School Marching Band. I soon found out so many wonderful qualities about her. Laurie is always willing to volunteer and go the extra step in everything she does. She soon became the coordinator of the chaperones, as well as volunteering for other aspects of the Music Club. She and I also chaperoned band camp with our children for many years. She is energetic and always willing to take the lead where and when needed. Laurie and I have worked together at the Huber Heights Athletic Foundation working bingo together. She very quickly accepted positions with higher demands and much more responsibility which she is very qualified for. Her business skills and personal ethics make her a great candidate for important and sensitive situations. Laurie is very trustworthy and honest- traits which are not always evident in people today. After I accepted the position of Ticket Manager at Wayne High School in 2005, I knew Laurie would be an asset as ticket seller/helper. She very quickly learned all the aspects of the job and was able to take the lead if I was not present. Laurie is very motivated and fun to be around even in stressful and pressured atmospheres.
In her business life, Laurie is a very successful Longaberger Consultant and Leader. She is knowledgeable about the product and the business and is wonderful at “sales”. She has grown in her position adding consultants under her as part of her group. This is no small task juggling everyone’s needs while maintaining a full time job elsewhere. She and her husband also owned and operated a Subby’s restaurant for many years which required a lot of different skill sets. Laurie is successful at whatever job she undertakes. She is eager to learn new things and is not afraid of new tasks. She is an asset to whatever she does!
On a personal note, Laurie has become a very good friend. She cares deeply about those around her and is always interested in what is going on in their lives and helping them when needed. Laurie would be a great addition to any company!
