* Reversed trend of net annual losses of over $1M by creating, introducing and implementing a new regional pricing structure and increasing all distributions and billings to existing customers.

* Drove single donor platelet distributions from 4500 units to 22,000 units by converting hospitals from lower cost RDP's to more expensive single donor platelets.
