I Assisted in developing and facilitating an “external quality review program” Pilot with the Vanderbilt University Center of Excellence. It was adopted by the state of Tennessee Children Services and used for the onset of my stay with Vanderbilt (clinical quality services for mental health providers contracting with the state/DCS). 
During my stay at Mid-State technical College, I chaired the college/community week long workshop creating awareness of addiction in the region. The Alcohol and drug counsel of Central Wisconsin awarded me for outstanding and creative programming addressing addiction. 
While at East Georgia College, I was promoted twice while job duties were increased from counseling services to developing and facilitating programs for disability services, freshman orientation and student life/leadership. 
While employed with the Mayor’s Training Center in Lexington Ky-1989, I took a lead role in learning and facilitating the newest state-of-the-art job profiling and occupational assessment software available. We were recognized nationally for innovative programming as we brought together individuals in the community, our federally funded adult training participants, local higher education institutions, and regional business and industry for a successful workforce-development program. Also, our federally funded program (JTPA) as a regional service delivery provider exceeded federal performance expectations in adult job training and job placement each year during my stay.
