• Job duties are as follows, I over looked eight route salesman, I rode their routes to check for proper market conditions, off code product, correct schematics, individual performance in selling displays to the customer and making sure that corret safety procedures were beiing followed. I checked orders, for proper market executiion and to maintain low stale figures, I placed display pieces for route salesman at appropriate locations and did numerous bread and cake in line sets. I ran the highest sales volume and the lowes stale percentage in the state of Arizona during my tenure.
