I was executive secretary (Corporate) for a premier financial planning firm for 15 years until corporate positions were taken over by family members of my employer. I was responsible for incoming/outgoing mail, deposits, phones, I operated and maintained all office equipment, set and maintained schedules for all reps, met with clients, customer service, client account servicing (including making trades and distributions for clients), calculated and distributed client required minimum distributions (RMDs), office supply orders, end of year client account reporting, data entry, and co-planning and participating in client events, and made sure that Financial Plan was a great place to visit.

I inventoried and input data in regards to all records of real estate transactions and properties, and inventoried and recorded and input data for all archived files as well. I was also part of a team who implemented a new record management system.
