While new to the Miami area, Amster to hear advertisements for a new company called HouseWall Garage System that was offering garage renovation services to homeowners. After researching the company's history, Amster learned that they had not yet begun the franchise sales process. Recognizing the uniqueness of their product and the need for such a service, Norm once again donned his franchising cap and joined the HouseWall Garage System team as their Director of Franchising. Utilizing his years of experience, Norm stepped in and introduced a franchise program for the company and completed franchise transactions in numerous territories in Florida such as Naples, Fort Myers, Orlando, Palm Beach and in other areas of the US such as Missouri, Arizona, Tennessee, and North Carolina. In addition to the sales and marketing for the company's new franchisees, Norm was responsible for training and set-up for the new business partners. To acquire and operate the franchise, working capital of $250,000 was required.

Over the years the company evolved into one of the country's foremost names in adult fantasy camps producing interactive baseball, basketball and ice hockey programs in conjunction with professional sports teams, leagues and, most recently, for major corporations. Amster has sold, developed and implemented fantasy camp programs for teams including the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Flyers, and Philadelphia 76ers, Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, New York Rangers and New York Knicks, St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves, Anaheim Angels, Florida Marlins, Major League Baseball and the NBA.

2001, the company began tailoring the original team concept into special interactive 'team building' events for Fortune 500 companies at which meeting and convention attendees participate in a customized 'fantasy camp' afternoon, complete with former athletes, uniforms, etc. This new element of the company includes among its clients organizations such as John Hancock, Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, ESPN, MBNA America, MBNA Canada, CBS Sportsline.com, Coca-Cola, Southern Wine and Spirits, The Young Presidents Organization and others. 
Throughout the past 22 years, he has hired and established relationships with over 1,000 former professional athletes who are maintained in his personal data base and accessed for the company's programs and Speaker's Bureau Division.
