Design and implement a program aiming at raising funds, develop terms of reference and proposal. Develop an internship program managed by the WSC and hosted at SMEs. The program design includes methodology, work plan, budget, human resource requirements, monitoring and evaluation framework, risk management and sustainability plan. Conduct consultation with SMEs in South Ontario region, to validate the new program, and gather recommendations for potential improvements and potential partnerships.

Worked as researcher for International Development Research Center (IDRC) OTTAWA, Canada regional office in Cairo managing, organizing and coordinating the Center's regional consultation intended at the identification of sustainable development trends and priorities. Responsibilities included writing methodology paper and drafting the consultation's report with implications on the IDRC five-year strategic plan. Have also conducted research in 12 countries in the MENA region on private sector development and gave recommendations for policy solutions.
