Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of some equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers). No mechanical work is performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report.
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of the production, floor. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls) and pallet glue for hot melt tanks in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for reporting all quality defects.
Ability to work in all assigned areas of production; perform relief duties when required.
Stack, tie and label unused carton; troubleshoot minor production line issues; perform relief duties.Shipping and Receiving loading off loading trucks recording pallet counts and order selecting.
Inventory of all finish goods products and raw materials in the warehouse.
Team Lead coordinated breaks and lunches and duties for employees. Quality Assurance taste-testing, visual and physical inspection, micrometer measurements, liquid level measurements, batching ingredients in order to manufacture water or flavor water. Ensure bottles hardness, strength, and dimensions that meet specifications. Safety committee member. Trained in safety lock out tag out procedures.

Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.
Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
Required to forward a requisition for shipping materials to the Department Supervisor for approval.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
