I supervise and counsel juveniles who are sent home instead of being detained in a juvenile facility. I make announced visits to the household, therefore I encounter situations which require counselling at any given time.

I designed and supervised the V.I.P. program. The program helped
children with homework and the staff implemented lesson plans and activities which educated and exposed children in numerous
ways, i.e. acting, dance, choir, art & crafts, creative writing, field trips and speakers on numerous subjects.

I wrote and implemented lesson plans with activities such as acting class and dance class which would culminate in a performance for the community. The youth were also involved in activities which affected
their community such putting in free smoke detectors in homes of senior citizens.
