Description: This project deals with the different requirements from the companies which DELL acquires newly or merges with the existing companies. I have worked in the major requirements,
➢ GAM Visibility: One of the main issues SFDC users in Global roles experience is that they are seeing too little data around their accounts. This impacts their ability to serve customers as they often have to engage with Dell colleagues in other countries to collect the account information they require. Often this takes the form of conference calls where regions share data such as activities and pipeline which is then manually collated in a central file. The nature of this work is time consuming and consequently many reps find this impact their ability to complete key sales tasks.

So, this project is to allow Global Account Managers (GAMs) the ability to have read/write access to their accounts and associated objects within their account hierarchy.

➢ KACE License: The purpose of this project is to create a license key for the orders which the user requests.

Project# 2: SFDC Pilot Implementation

Description: The purpose of the project is to migrate the existing application from MS VB and MS Access to SFDC in the sales domain. In this project we configured the SFDC like existing application and also developed few visualforce pages to handle the major functionalities like Forecast Calculation and Opportunity creation. We also dealt with the visibility for each record among 75 Users and One Business Unit. The Visibility was handled by implementing the Role Hierarchy, Criteria Based Sharing and Apex Classes/Triggers.

➢ Developed the Apex classes/triggers and Visual Force Pages for the major requirements.
➢ Developed custom forecast module, a Visual Force page user interface and Controller class to implement the business logic in SFDC from the current mForecaster application used for sales forecasting.

Project# 5: Data Migration - MS CRM to SFDC

Description: The project was data migration from Microsoft CRM to SFDC. In this project we migrated the data from the MS CRM to SFDC by using Apex Data Loader and MS Excel. This project includes the migration of the major objects in the SFDC like Accounts, Contacts, opportunity, etc.
Roles/Responsibilities: ➢ Created the Excel CSV Files for all the objects.
➢ Involved in creating an excel template with the formulae derived in it.
➢ Involved in Data Loading using Apex Data Loader.
➢ Involved in fixing the major issues during the data load.
