Whitney Allen is a recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine. She has a bachelors degree in Urban Studies, with an emphasis in community development. She is currently working as an intern in the Planning Department at the City of Villa Park in Orange County.  
Whitney is a member of the American Planning Association and is currently volunteering with their community outreach campaign, the Planning Van.  
Whitney plans to spend the next few years working in both the public and private sector gaining experience in the field of urban planning before attending graduate school.
