Transfer customer sourced (CD/DVD) to a dedicated server for replication. Interact with customer service for production purposes, trouble shoot any problems or issues that may arise during production and contact the customer to resolve these issues and get the order completed. Add encryption to masters requiring it upon customer request. Perform verification and CRC check so all replicas are a 100% match to the master. Update and install new software for the Eclipse suite, update CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) programs and make sure production software and computers are in working order.

Maintain and organize the store, Hired and trained new employees in company policies, points of sales and operating the register. Balanced all registers daily income, created employee weekly work schedule and interact with customer to increase sales and retain a valued customer base.
