l Primary manager of the Child Death, Near Death and Stillbirth Commission Microsoft Access Database which requires extensive updating, case creation, query and retrieval of demographic and healthcare data regarding child and adolescent deaths in the State of Delaware. 
l Organize multiple requests of subpoenas in partnership with the Office of the Attorney General to relevant state agencies and medical facilities. 
l Coordinate, schedule and facilitate the 3 designated Regional Panel Meetings who review the scheduled cases regarding circumstances of a child's death as well as to identify systemic factors that can improve the safety of Delaware's children. 
l Generate improvement recommendations for the Commission who review and forward to the Governor for possible legislative actions. 
l Manage accounts receivable and provide oversight of all outgoing correspondence and reports to partner agencies. 
l Provide essential daily assistance to the Executive Director regarding budgeting and provide interim supervision of all office operations when necessary.
