102 Fulton Street - conversion of an existing five story loft building from manufacturing use into twelve residential Condominium apartments and commercial use with the addition of 2 new floors.
106 Fulton Street - conversion of an existing sixteen story commercial building from hotel and office use into 84 residential dormitory apartments and college facilities for Pace University.
135 William Street - interior renovation of an office floor into faculty offices and computer facilities with custom designed wall and storage system and interiors. Also included renovation of building lobby and custom designed paneling, security area and two-story main stair to new computer facility. For Pace University.
209-211 North 5th Street - new construction of a five story residential building to provide ten thirteen apartments under the Quality Housing Program. use.
2-6 Roebling Street - new construction of a complex of eight, three story residential townhouse buildings to provide eighteen Condominium apartments.
320 Pearl Street - new construction of a nine story hotel to provide 71 hotel rooms for the Hersha Group.
Environmental Study Center extension - PS. 312 Consulting for Gandhi Engineering Inc., providing project management, client and computer drafting service as sole staff member involved in School Construction Authority sponsored project.
Numerous loft building conversions, brownstone renovations, custom private residences, historical restoration projects and commercial office projects.

Involved with the construction of a 1 story extension to the Environmental Study Center for P.S.312. Project done for the School Construction Authority. Provided Project Architect and CAD construction document services as sole participant on this project on a consulting basis.
