Data Center migration (from Louisiana to Dallas) TX, of Blackberry Enterprise Servers and Microsoft Exchange Mail Servers. Provided project management, risk management and budget control for the installation of new Blackberry Enterprise Servers(BES) for a total of 1500 senior management and other VIP users in US, Europe, Central America, Caribbean and Australia, in response to a need for Disaster Recovery. I personally managed the creation of the vendor SOW, Quality Assurance, migration scheduling and cutover support with an internationally team, including a Helpdesk Call Center in India as well as European and US Field Services and Server Administrator personnel. This migration was necessary due to the old Server becoming unserviceable after hurricanes damaged to end customer facility in Alabama (USA). Upgrades of individual Blackberry firmware were required as part of the migration and scheduling considerations included an active Blackberry user community, as well as multiple time zones and language interpretation requirements. Atos Origin is a European company utilizing Next Generation Networks (NGN). This was a PRISM and ISO 27001 environment.

Project Manager (Consultant) for the development and deployment of computerized (Machine Translation language software, capable of translating spoken Arabic into written English. The project management duties required the ability to identify and document performance requirements in accordance with (NSA) guidelines and negotiate and document language translation SME vendor contracts. I managed the business requirements analysis, and vendor SOW creations, solution Quality Assurance, pursuant to meeting a Business Requirements Definition (BRD), as well as the full SDLC software solution design and the architectural and network security design and deployment of infrastructure of the Cellular and 802.11 wireless network. Duties also required the ability to manage scope, learn technical concepts quickly and assist in defining the Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) for use of the solution. As Project Manager, I coordinated training and managed the identification and management of project risk issues. 
 
This project also required the ability to translate intelligence community business needs into effective and comprehensive technical requirements as well as build and deploy a secure radio and 802.11 wireless network, for the distribution of the intelligence product, I managed the third party vendors, Site Surveys, Terrain Walks and signal propagation analysis. The project was part of the DoD Sequoya Project, ($60 million dollars) and included Iraq, Afghanistan and was funded by the NSA and US Central Command (CENTCOM) and other agencies.
