Prepare and keep documentations for NDT Audits by NADCAP or private customers.
Maintain a current ASNT, ASTM, NADCAP requirements.
Under-take a daily calibration and recording of test panel results, before any part is run.

DUTIES; MT, UT and PT Inspections on military Ships undergoing repairs in the ship-yard and making reports of Inspections as required.
TECHNICIAN LEVEL 2

DUTIES; Examination: Examination of Boilers, Tanks, Piping, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Valves and Turbine components for relevant Indications in accordance with the codes and procedures.
Report writing: A clear, straight and understandable report is written and Submitted at the end of every inspection. This is done using basic Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook to create near perfect picture of findings, dimensions and location.
House Keeping: At the end of every examination, a thorough clean up, picking up and disposing all waste materials to the customer's Satisfaction.
TECHNICIAN LEVEL 2
2007 to 2008
DUTIES; Ndt Travelling-technicians: Inspection through the application of different types of NDT methods-mainly Using: Industrial Radiography (X- ray) Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Ultrasonic and Visual Testing methods-which are related to the welding sector such as: Steel Construction, Pipe Lines, Tanks, Steam Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Wind- Mills. Structural and machine parts etc, and evaluate the results to meet our customer's inspection needs.
