Responsibilities
I am the Charge nurse for the clinic. I make assignments for patient care techs for the day. I am over the monthly and weekly lab and all medication changes reflecting from the lab. I am the anemia manager and train others in different clinics on how to manage the patients anemia. I do direct patient care for dialysis patients. I receive Doctor's orders on a daily basis. I schedule the patients appointment.

Accomplishments
My accomplishment as LPN dialysis was to become the Charge Nurse, and the acting Facility Manager when my Manager was out on maternity leave. There were RN's there, but me as a LPN was placed in charge of the clinic. The Medical Director over the entire area call me personally and asked me to be his nurse. So to me, these are accomplishments I have obtained as a LPN.

Skills Used
Expert Cannulator. Able to place orders in the computer. Very computer savvy. Able to place labs in the computer, and pack labs for the laboratory. Was a dialysis tech, before I finished LPN School.
