Successful practice of de-escalation process through empathy and effective communication. 
 
Proficiently maintain accurate financial records. Highly skilled in money transfers, check cashing, deposits, and processing loan payments. Exceptional organization of clients' paperwork including: loan applications, signature cards and CD's. Maintain accounting needs for the vault and money drawers. Balance money drawers and the vault daily. 
 
Utilize successful interpersonal communication skills and flexibility as a traveling teller/banker.
