US Bank Teller (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – May 20, 2017
Worked as my own manager, poor management and new CEO that say they want you to grow and develop but district team will not help you progress until you have become an assistant manager. Poor training of products and beware if sales quotas are not in your favor. $12 hr starting for the tellers, plus challenging commission goals to make money for the company. Worked with good people in the branch for the most part, but was taken advantage of levies and filing docs for the branch which are not in the job description nor are tellers supposed to do these types of tasks.
Awards, Time Flexibility
Poor Pay, Bad Management, Little room for growth, people get replaced often
District Floating Bank Teller (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – April 25, 2017
Just another bank job. Focus on customer service, and sales. Banker's hour, which were good, some branch worked Saturdays. Management is ok, focus on sales of credit cards and opening new accounts. Customer service was a big deal.
