CG/LA Infrastructure is a Washington, DC based infrastructure advisory firm. Our goal is to support the doubling of global infrastructure investment by 2020. Our activities include the Infrastructure Leadership Forum Series, advisory services and a soon to be released online project development platform, GlobalViP. Our business lines reinforce and leverage the others, providing a series of tools for clients to build success – and projects – in the global infrastructure marketplace.

We are looking for a person to lead our inside sales efforts for the Infrastructure Leadership Forum Series. We have a sales process in place but we are looking a true salesperson to run with this amazing opportunity.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years proven track record of inside sales, preferably in areas including: conference sponsorship/registration sales, fundraising (Non profit, political, etc..), business association membership sales
-Strong phone presence and excellent writing skills
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Self-starter/results oriented: setting goals and working to achieve them
-Experience or interest in working for a small business. You get out what you put in and this position offers tremendous personal and professional development in a very short period for the right candidate.

Tasks:
You will be the process owner for driving paid registrations to the Leadership Forum Series. This includes:
-Development of a systematic approach to sales, using and continuing to build out CG/LA’s 110,000 executive database
-Target outreach, follow up and closing via phone calls & emails
-Database building
-Analyzing email marketing data and proposing additional ways to generate registrations
-There is also opportunities for exhibit and sponsorship sales as well as GlobalViP sales.

You will receive sales support from the CG/LA business development team and if you prove successful in this role, the opportunity to advance to a more senior level sales manager role and build a sales team is a definite possibility.

Compensation:
-Base salary plus strong emphasis on commissions
