CityRealty / REOL is seeking an energetic and internally motivated talent acquisition / sourcing specialist to help attract and hire the best talent. Currently we have 7 - 10 open positions in sales, strategy and creative services in our New York and Montreal offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial previous recent experience recruiting senior level on-line / mobile professionals and more junior level sales consultants. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process and will be expected to source top tier talent in new and creative ways.
In addition to identifying, qualifying and interviewing prospective candidates, you will also be responsible for conducting reference and background checks and ensuring that all required paperwork is completed for each successful new hire.
This is a part time, contract position based in New York.
