The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a creative, challenging, and fast paced team environment. This individual should have at least 3 years of experience in client-side development for Microsoft web-based technology platform. As well as be able to demonstrate expertise in the technologies/languages listed below. Candidates are required to take a technical proficiency exam as part of the evaluation/vetting process.
- Analyzing user needs to determine tech requirements.
- Recommend and implement performance improvements.
- General site updates and maintenance.
- Work as a team as well as independently, focusing on prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Strong understanding and application of the following:
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Content Management Experience (CMS) is a plus
- Responsive Design is a plus
