DiversifiedExposure, owns a number of niche based web properties primarily focused within the GLBT community nationwide. We are dedicated to providing maximum visibility for our advertisers through marketing services to this niche market.
- Business to Business sales, primarily outbound telephone lead contact.
- Make 100-150 phone calls per day to business decision makers in organizations of various sizes.
- Develop your pipeline through leads provided and information gathered online through research.
- Maintain regular contact and follow up with your clients and sustain their relationship with our organization.
- Enter all notes and follow up information into our CRM software.
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills over the phone.
- Overcome objections by positioning our product features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Must be dependable, organized and disciplined.
- Initial 2 day training class that will include CRM training, product training, pitch roleplaying, systems overview, and policy and procedures.
- Leadership training for a prospective management position can be provided for the ideal candidate.
- Competitive compensation plans based on a commission and hourly model
Compensation: 25K Base + Commission
- Weekly direct deposit and no holds on commission for all employees.

- One (1) to three (3) years of sales experience, ideally within a goal driven sales environment.
- Computer proficiencies in some type of CRM software, excel, word, & basic understanding of internet advertising.
- Excellent Oral and Written skills and personal organization and drive to follow up professionally.
