The Incremental Sales Manager will be responsible for the performance of the counter sales objectives for the locations within Indiana and Michigan. In order to be considered you must be an effective trainer and coach on implementation of counter sales process. This is a high energy exciting critical role to driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
The manager will creat, coordinate, and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goal for the area. Partner with the location managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and services. Train and coach the local managers and sales associates in all areas that generate incremental sales performance and customer service.
Experience in progressive sales in a counter sales enviroment
Speaking and training skills for classroom size trainings, presentations and meetings
Willing and able to travel within assigned territories (20%)
Must have excellent admin. and organizational skills utilizing Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Operations and or sales management experience
Valid driver's license
