This employee will work daily from 8:30am - 3pm. He or She will be assisting our event coordinator in the mornings and afternoons. This person will be working on catering and counter service from 10am - 2pm. This manager will learn opening and closing procedures for the cafe, procedures for catering, assist the coordinator on paper work and client meetings, and procedures for events. This is a "jack of all trades" position for our business. The applicant needs to be sharp, educated, hard-working and willing to work when needed. There will be days with early mornings and late night along with lots of weekend work as well. Food and beverage experience would be nice but not necessary.
The pay will start at $9/hour plus weekend events and tips, but position has the potential to be a salary position if requirements are met in full.
