Duties Include:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance in developing and implementing reflecting our organization, and affiliates, in positive and intriguing manners by; increasing media contacts, blog groups, research of articles, positive comments, social media and online building and maintaining, and alike. Responsibilities also involve thorough and current communication of all public announcements, from internal to external sources, which includes; game days, special activities and events, winners, plays, sponsors, community involvement, advertisements that many have expirations, and alike. In addition to writing and editing press releases/feature articles and build relationships with media outlets.

Keep Facebook up-to-date with status reports of games and events . Conduct surveys, questionnaires, bring feedback, news, and post videos of interviews, events, dance performances, etc. Also send thousands of contacts about current, upcoming events, games, performances, auditions, news presses, etc through email.

(1.0) General Responsibilities:
(1.1) To fully develop public interest in all aspects of the Newark Bears organization is a positive manner
(1.2) To develop and implement creative plans, maintain positive interdepartmental communications and to complete special projects as assigned by Senior Management.
(1.3) Assist Creative Department with managing website sales section(s) including: advertising, partnership agreements, promotions, theme nights, roster and alike (make sure they are current and approved)
(1.4) Must be knowledgeable about all stadium capabilities, requirement, restriction, liabilities, amenities, events, attraction, and alike.
(1.5) Is current and co-establishes with events, information and executive office names, procedures and systems.
(1.6) Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
(1.7) Prepare game notes, blogs, postings, newletters, e-blasts, etc
(1.8) Build and manage all media contacts plus provide all contacts to CEO and proper departments to update any needed files.
(1.9) Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and alike
(1.10) Assist in updating the website with pertinent statistics and all details. Assuring the best message is being delivered to generate more public interest, which shall not be damaging in any manner
(1.11) Write post-game wrap-ups as directed
(1.12) Create and manage all press releases and media alerts regarding player movement and all other activities relating to the Newark Bears
(1.13) Assist with verbiage involving any printed or promoted production/ advertisements such as; game programs, including printed advertuisements
(1.14) Write features to promote the company.
(1.15) Ensure that the all rosters are accurate and included in the programs and any other needed areas relating to public relations and advertisements
(1.16) Create, join, manage and alike new blog groups, in addition to providing a current spreadsheet of all locations
(1.17) Assist in any other situation Owners and Management deems necessary
(1.18) Track, organize and communicate all articles, which includes maintaining current details and credibility
(1.19) Responsible for Press releases and media conferences, in addition to tracking all media rsvp
(1.20) Communicate and seek approval from any/ all media special requests with CEO, including but not limited to; press passes, interviews, and alike
(1.21) Provide CEO/ Owner all account log in details and passwords via email that pertain to the company and affiliated accounts, which must always be kept current
