Summary: MUST OF WORKED IN A LIGHTING ENVIROMENT
Customer Service Representative for a Houston based Lighting Manufacturer that sells products nationally.
Assists customer by phone and email. Recieves faxed orders and enters orders in Global Shop database.
At customers request; prepares lighting product quotes and calculates commissions for new and existing customers/vendors.
Investigates freight claims on purchases and tracks shipments. Issues RMAs, if needed.
Invoice customers for purchases.
Prior CS experience in a Lighting Manufacturing.

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience in manufacturing and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions and percentages.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheets, inventory software, Internet, Global Shop order processing and manufacturing software.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8-5
Salary: $32K - $35K plus Employee Health Benefits and Bonus Plan
