Change Management Program Manager - Strong high tech experience required!:

Successful change requires the proactive engagement and participation of the people involved combined with timely communication & support. The Change Management Program Manager will provide a comprehensive framework for the leading a successful adoption of the change. Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders, the person will identify and manage all elements of our change management framework for transformational initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Change Management PM will be responsible for creating strategic change plans that align with the transformational initiatives. These plans need to be agreed upon by team, tracked and their effectiveness measured. This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assessing the significance of the change and formulate a change plan adequate for the adoption of the change
  • Documenting and managing the change plan including objectives, vision, and strategy as well as measures of success in partnership with other functional team members (training, executive communication…)
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and articulating a compelling value proposition for all stakeholders
  • Identifying sources of resistance, the root-cause issues, and designing influence strategies
  • Assessing the commitment level of stakeholders and sponsors, performing the gap analysis, creating the desired commitment level, and monitoring the commitment levels
  • Creating and managing sponsor & stakeholder commitment plans
  • Identifying synergist opportunities within competing priorities of sponsors and stakeholders
  • Creating and managing a communication plan which includes regular ,timely, consistent, communications through multiple and redundant channels
  • Assessment of change management plans for improvement to the framework
  • Providing coaching to senior level managers within the context of change leadership
  • Contribute to the team standard set of templates, tools, techniques


  • 8-10 years change management and communication experience for large enterprise changes
  • Ability to see the big picture and understand cause & effect
  • Superior written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong understand of product life cycles and project management
  • Must be able to reconstruct problems to provide clarity, accuracy and relevance eventually leading to and proposed solutions
  • Strategic viewpoint combined with tactical knowledge and strong work ethic
  • Flexible and resilient with ability to solve problems with little or no supervision, but not afraid to ask for help or ask questions
  • Ability to build trust and create cross-functional and cross-geographical collaboration and synergistic opportunities

In addition,

Change Management experience for projects and/or Change Management experience for Org changes
People-focused mindset (vs. technical/tool mindset)
Hands-on approach to getting work done (vs. solely coaching others to do the work)
Relationship/Stakeholder Management & strategic-level partnering (skills for engaging w/ the leaders of the initiative, internal partners as well as key stakeholders)
Project Management skills (doesn't have to be IT deployment - but experience using a structured approach to managing tasks/deliverables to a schedule for (Mid to Small -scale initiatives).
