The Financial Administrative Assistant will work under the direction of the Controller to assist in the administrative duties of managing the daily business and financial responsibilities of a network of 50 quick service restaurants in Fairfield County and Queens, NY. This position is an entry level position requiring good verbal and written communications skills, as well as all Microsoft Office module skills especially Excel. The Financial Administrative Assistant will be responsible for filing and creating filing system, organizing the daily mail, responding to e-mail correspondence on behalf of the Controller, handling guest comments by phone and email and many other varied tasks.
