  • Develop prospect relationships within assigned markets
  • Establish and meet monthly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain direct, day to day, senior level prospect contacts
  • Work in a proactive manner to provide the prospect with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs of the opportunity
  • Attend weekly New Business Team meetings and report on goals and accomplishments to the team
  • Assist in the development of new business sales tools
  • Develop new business project/RFP Job Launch Briefs
  • Communicate goals and specifics to team members
  • Review and approve all material going to prospects
  • Assure all required deliverables are presented to prospects on time and on budget and are of a high standard of excellence
  • Presents and effectively sells material to prospects

Skills / Experience:
  • Demonstrated sales skills and ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stand-up presentation skills
  • Demonstrated process management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of database marketing, direct marketing and the creative development process
  • Ability to work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment
  • BA/BS Marketing, Business, or Communication degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
