Responsible for managing, organizing, directing and coordinating the Quality activities in conjunction with the CHS Quality department. Provides assistance to nursing personnel in creating methodologies for performance improvement utilizing knowledge of statistics to analyze data, draw conclusions and report information. Aggregates, analyzes, interprets, and displays data. Designs and implements data collection tools and provides reports. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license to practice is required. Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred. Min of 2 years acute care exp in nursing.
