This position is located in the IT/HIPPA section of DMA. This position serves as a lead Developer/Analyst. Responsibilities are to plan, design, develop, implement, analyze and maintain the web; client-server and PC based computer applications. Will conduct detailed analysis and develop technology complex applications/processes. This position performs database modeling, design and creation, recommends information technology solutions to meet DMA's operational needs. Position ensures adherence to technology standards, policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies:
Must have advanced understanding of web applications architecture. Must have experience consulting with managers, clients, technical peers, vendors and subject matter experts on requirements and issues. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas: .net framework 4.0, C#, ASP.net, VB.net, LINQ, Entity Framework, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, JSON/XML, AJAX, SQL Server 2008, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, TFS. In-depth experience with developing web applications from scratch.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with nine credit hours in programming and one year of experience in business application consulting or development; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. If there are no qualified applicants at the posted competency level management may consider applicants at a lower competency level.
