This position will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the Learning and Development team by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, training performance, measuring results, and development of future programs. In addition, act as an internal consultant to address business needs and design program to meet those needs.

Detailed Job Description
  • Design and development of training curriculum
  • Day-to-day coach and counsel for Area training Managers
  • Partnering with Global Learning and development leadership to aid in the development and implementation of training processes
  • Preparation of training schedule
  • Establishment and execution of learning and development initiatives within Americas
  • Development of measurements to determine training ROI
  • Evaluation of training programs
  • Work with organizational capability department to assess business needs and growth opportunities
  • Work with organizational capability department to develop programs that address business needs and opportunities for growth
  • Involvement in development of learning and development team
  • Meet budget requirements
Job Requirements
  • BA degree
  • 8 – 10 years of field HR or operations experience
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to manager others
  • Self directed
  • Ability to travel 75% of their time
  • 2 years as ARHM or equivalent
  • 2-3 years as GM or Director in Ops
