We are seeking a PKI Registration Authority Officer (RAO) whose primary duties are to provide RAO support to PKI implementation in a classified environment. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities include:

Perform and maintain control over: o

Certificate registration o

Identification and authentication o

Certificate revocation, suspension and restoration o

Key recovery o

Initialization, distribution and tracking of hardware tokens
Develop and provide training to other RAOs and Trusted Agents (TAs)
Develop and maintain RA and TA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Maintain required archives
Perform work in accordance with requirements of a Registration Practice Statement
Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support
Provide strong customer focus and ability to clearly communicate to customers and team members
Basic Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship and a current active DoD Secret Security clearance are required. In addition, individual must be able to pass a DHS background investigation.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Registration Authority (RA), Local Registration Authority (LRA), or other trusted role in a PKI implementation.
Must be responsible to adhere to National Security System (NSS) and federal agency policy and designated procedures for PKI token issuance.
Able to attend NSS PKI RAO training and receive NSS RA PKI credentials.
Able to work as a team member as well as independently in a high-speed, mission-focused and goal-driven environment.
