Security Clearance Level No Key Functions • Provide HR support to several divisions within the CCG, in the areas of: HR analytics, staffing and recruitment, and employee relations
  • Design, develop, deliver and respond to ad hoc report requests using HR systems, in the areas of: compensation, employee performance, workforce development and attendance tracking
  • Work closely with HR functional areas across MITRE to gather, analyze and distribute data to CCG. Ensure reliability and quality of data and review the accuracy and appropriateness of reporting
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for highly technical and professional positions (sourcing, screening/interviewing, offer creation, candidate management, etc.)
  • Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues between management and staff
  • Develop a collaborative consulting relationship with managers and staff to provide guidance on a variety of HR initiatives, i.e., compensation, performance management, employee engagement, policy interpretation, organizational alignment, job evaluations and levels and career development
  • Partner with functional areas to bring HR expertise to operational issues and implement timely solutions to meet the business needs of assigned clients
  • Provide training and counseling to managers and staff on relevant HR topics Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's plus 4 years experience in job-relevant work experience Desired Education/Experience Master’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field of study with a minimum of 10-15 years of related exempt level HR experience, preferably in support of highly technical engineering related operations. Experience and knowledge in HR Analytics to include 3-5 years of data analysis and data reporting. PHR/SPHR certification a plus. Required Skills: • Demonstrated track record of success in:
o HR analytics (report writing and data analysis)
o Full life cycle recruitment of highly technical staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environment including deep familiarity with on-line recruiting systems, tools and candidate identification/development
o Managing complex employee relations issues with minimal oversight
o Analyzing compensation data
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and translate data into actionable business outcomes
  • Must be able to demonstrate highly effective communication skills which includes the ability to negotiate and persuade others. Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with diverse management styles to achieve successful outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to flag discrepancies during data analysis
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to mentor and train junior staff
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with high level of organization Desired Skills • Strong expertise with MS Office products, with advanced skills in Excel to include using pivot tables, proficiency in Access and PowerPoint with experience in relational databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to influence both management and staff alike
  • Facilitation skills are desired Travel Statement *This position will require overnight travel up to 5% of the time.
