The Summer Intern - Special Events will assist with fundraising programs of Marshfield Clinic. Primary duties will include support of special event planning (i.e. four golf outings, Auction of Champions, and other fundraising projects). The Intern will provide administrative support to the Development Department as needed. Works closely with the Annual Giving & Special Events Coordinator in planning and executing Clinic special events. Works closely with all members of the Development Department to complete projects and promote a team environment.
Education: College student working toward a four-year degree in a Communications, Public Relations, Business or Marketing major. Arrangements can be made to earn credits. (Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic).
Experience: Experience in fundraising, communications or special event planning helpful. Advanced computer skills required.
