Responsible for managing the development, planning and implementation of all activities within the region. This includes special event and general fund raising, media relations, public relations, organization, administration and training. Responsible for managing and leading regional/support staff and Associate Director(s) in assigned area.
Requires thorough knowledge of fund raising and general management methods within non-profit field; speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations; face-to-face interaction with event volunteers/sponsors; understand extremely complex verbal or written instructions; understand data processing applications; knowledge ordinarily acquired through Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of fund raising, sales, marketing and/or related experience including at least 3 years of previous experience through levels of progressive management responsibility including supervision, budgeting, strategic planning, organizational development, cost control, manpower allocation, etc.; possess excellent diplomacy skills. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Experience managing large teams is a must.
