The Job: As an Enterprise Account Manager you will provide account management, project management, outcomes management, and relationship building of an assigned customer base. This role is responsible for full account management including client retention, driving client satisfaction, generating additional revenue from assigned clients, and demonstrating our products. Our headquarters is in Irvine, CA; however, this position can work remotely from any state. Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Assure client retention through client satisfaction.
Analyze client’s program, identify and suggest industry best practices with the overall goal of increasing revenue with the client.
Act as an escalation point for client related issues and assist in creative problem resolution.
Lead root cause analysis efforts associated with corrective action process.
Monitor product performance.
Facilitate contract renewals, thoroughly understand contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships.
Act as primary liaison with client upper management and maintain positive working relationships to understand customer’s goals, objectives, and direction.
Present to internal and external audiences.

You are cool under pressure. Your experience and background includes the following:
3-7 years’ combined experience in account management and sales with high revenue accounts.
Professional demeanor, excellent written, and oral communication skills.
Develop/maintain long-term business partnerships with clients.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, project management, or related field.
