PHC is unique in its quality of medical, dental, mental health, rehabilitation and specialty care provided to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. With medical professionals and physicians affiliated with major hospitals in the New York metropolitan area, PHC has practices conveniently located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.

Premier HealthCare, a member of the YAI Network, seeks an experienced LPN to work in our conveniently located Bayside, Queens Outpatient Medical Practice. Potential to Float to our Bronx site in the Pelham Bay area of the Bronx. Work under the supervision of the nurse manager, provide clinical nursing services for patients with developmental disabilities. Work in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Hours:
Part-Time 20 Hrs
Monday - Friday and 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month
10am-6pm OR 11am-7pm

Requirements:
* NY State LPN license
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
* Outpatient experience preferred
* Clinical experience working with patients of all ages preferred
* Experience working with people with developmental disabilities a plus
