As our Supervisor of Foster Family Services you will assist in coordinating administration and programmatic services for children and families. You will provide model consultation and therapy to individuals/families, monitor family evaluation and review/update treatment plans. As an ongoing supervisor of social workers, you may need to assist them in the field as needed. This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and supervising staff as well as preparing and submitting reports to the Program Director of Foster Family Services. You will also be accountable for coordinating youth referrals; intake and placement along with coordinating foster parent selection. Communication and providing effective and appropriate data are important in this role as well as the development and implementation of Licensing System and Plan along with assuring staff are executing plan effectively.

- Master’s degree in social work and experience in its application
- Experience in the Boys Town Family Home Program preferred
- Experience working with clients in crisis in-home setting
- Experience in an administrative setting desirable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LCSW-C required
