PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns.
  • High level of focus and attention to detail and Strong work ethic with good time management skills preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with more than 5years of experience.
  • Experience with ITIL v3 concepts is strongly desired
  • Lead Change Coordinator, who would be working with the Service Management team & existing service team Change Coordinators to learn the technical connections to provide overall coordination of all changes within space and facilitate the ongoing maturity and quality of our change management practices.
  • Ultimately accountable for assessing and delivering on the organizational readiness, organizational change
  • ommunications, and training needs of Service Management and its related efforts.
  • Ability to focus on the needs of varying audiences affected by any degree of change at it relates to maturing
  • Service Management.
  • Ability to lead portion of work assignments and build relationships across the entire Service Management and
  • Systems community.
  • Be an End User Advocate meaning this person will work to determine the best methods for meeting the needs of
  • the End Users.
  • Should be a self-driver, working well with minimal supervision and able to drive own workload.
  • Ability to document, communicate, and manage organizational impacts specifically for Service Management processes.
  • Microsoft Office product skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate SharePoint and build effective communications and presentations
