This internship is an opportunity to get hands-on design and integration experience with state of the art products in the Unmanned Aircraft industry. The Electrical Engineering Interns report to lead electrical engineers. Design tasks will include research and trade studies, hardware selection, performance calculations, and simulations. Additional responsibilities may include lab test planning, execution, and documentation.
Opportunities are available in the Ground Control Technology and Shadow Avionics product lines.
Must be currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate electrical engineering program with a minimum of two years of coursework completed.
Must have completed coursework addressing AC/DC and Circuit Analysis.
Must be familiar with the operation of multimeters and oscilloscopes. Experience in soldering is preferred.
Computer skills to include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with Visio experience preferred.
GPA of 3.2 or higher.
