To provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers by producing a detailed, orderly presentation of the data, facts, figures, that can lead an investor to make a well-educated decision about the financing request.
Prepare commercial mortgage loan/sales packages and submissions for presentation to lenders and buyers.
Respond to lender and borrower questions.
Work with Production Coordinator on loan requests.
Coordinate information regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales, comparables.
Prepare market analysis reports, including vacancy, absorption, and comparable rents and sales.
Review and analyze legal documents and third party reports as part of the due diligence process.
Assist loan originators in preparing documentation for the closing process.
Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations.
Perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel.
Prepare and maintain financial models in Argus.
Interact with clients, prospective buyers and investors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, Argus and Word
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with top level executives.
Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
Education and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a financial analysis environment in the mortgage or commercial real estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
