KI is seeking a Support Services Manager to join the Information Services Department at its Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI.
The Support Services Manager is responsible for the execution of the overall Support Strategy, including desktop services, helpdesk services, asset management, and invoice administration. Additional responsibilities include providing a secure and stable desktop environment for corporate, remote, and mobile users.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related curriculum, along with 3 – 5 years of experience in managing a Support Services department. Knowledge of support center systems and asset management required.
