Our Market Research Analyst team is growing and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Market Research Analyst to support our web-based patient acquisition product.

Put your proven marketing analytical skills to work for the leader in helping patients find a physician. Each year, more people visit Healthgrades than all other physician search sites combined. As an analyst working with Patient Direct Connect, you will be working on innovative business solutions that guide patients directly from to the care they seek.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years experience in marketing research, preferably in a healthcare setting, understand relational database concepts, search impressions, web analytics, developing and tracking key performance indicators, and have strong SQL skills.

You must be professional, bright, enthusiastic, and conceptual thinker with strong research, investigative, analytical, presentation and written skills. Accustomed to meeting short-term project deliverables and time lines. Able to capture and consolidate information for business analysis and formulate and write highly professional reports and MS Power Point slides.

Other Experience and Responsibilities:
Previous Business Intelligence experience working with reports, dashboards, and KPIs

Compute, analyze and present research findings

Research project management

Proficiency setting up and executing reports in MS Excel and Powerpoint

Mathematics and research background

Work collaboratively with other team members.

Review analysis and findings with team members.

Produce quarterly tracking reports and summarize progress against project plan.

Resolve outstanding issues, possibly with additional research.

Help ensure client satisfaction.

Healthcare industry experience is required
