JCITA Task Lead / Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) (Job Number: 322328)
SAIC's Mission Support Business Unit is soliciting resumes for a PMP-qualified task lead who also serves as the Senior Instructional Systems Design (ISD) specialist. Reports directly to the DoD customer at the government site. Manages a team of approximately 15 professionals, provides oversight and guidance for their work; fulfills contract reporting requirements. Serves as the Senior ISD specialist for course analysis, design, development and evaluation.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will serve as the task order lead for contractor personnel at the customer site and will also serve as the Senior Instructional Systems Design Specialist. He/she is responsible for managing the team members and their work to respond to customer requirements. The task lead will provide guidance to the contract personnel and serve as the POC for any contract issues. This position is responsible for providing classroom and e-learning instructional systems design expertise, courseware design and development and writing. The candidate will create course materials that support field-driven performance shortfalls, oversee and create course content, and research, implement and evaluate training. This includes, but is not limited to, instructional systems design and documentation, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, textbooks, tests and scenario props. All designs shall adhere to the standards set by the DoD instructional systems design methodology, as well as School-house instructional design policies and procedures. This candidate provides quality assurance oversight to all products developed by other ISD team members.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: TS/SCI clearance; PMP certification; BS degree in instructional design or related education field; at least five years experience in the ISD field; extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance and contract administration; understanding of DoD structure and mission; experience in Intelligence Community; outstanding interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft office products.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Military experience; advanced degree; experience with graphic and production software; experience with producing multimedia products.
