Description: Position Summary: Daily management of the assigned Store sales, operations and personnel to include: accountable for achieving sales volume and gross profit goals; interaction with other Managers and departments to pursue corporate strategic direction; developing, promoting and maintaining Service Speed, Expertise, Relationships.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sales, customers and clients : receive and process customer orders; keep customers informed; ensure delivery; and attract potential & new customers.

Store Associates : supervise, train, coach, counsel, motivate, and evaluate. Store : safety, security, organization, cleanliness and appearance. Achieve budgeted sales and gross profits. Plan and implement systems and procedures that improve customer service, Store layout, counter operations and expense efficiencies.

Support inventory and logistics systems. Recommend potential products or ervices. Support other Associates and Departments as needed. Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned unit, department, or group. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training or causing the training of employees within assigned unit, department, or group. Responsible for ensuring a performance appraisal for each individual within the assigned unit, department, or group is conducted and completed according to company policy no less than once every 12 months. Decision Making Responsibility/Authority: Receives clear and specific instructions and/or follows standardized instructions or procedures without ongoing supervision.

Work is checked for accuracy, adequacy and adherence to instructions. Employee consults with supervisor on matters not covered in the original instructions or by guidelines. Employment Type: AnyVisa or Citizenship Required: Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location
