The Assistant General Manager is a member of the Property Management Team. He/she has leadership and management responsibilities for the Front Desk operations and staff. The Assistant General Manager will have the opportunity to utilize his/her skills and talents to: Assist in leading and managing various hotel operations including staffing, P&L responsibilities, sales & marketing, guest services, facilities management and manager-on-duty oversight Lead and manage the front desk operations (and breakfast and shuttle van and security, where applicable) Establish a positive work environment and an attitude of exceptional guest service and superior food product quality Enforce policies and procedures established by the company, the hotel brand and applicable state and local health codes What does our hotel offer to you as a new team member? Requirements:
The ideal Assistant General Manager will present the following: College degree or related work experience Three years of hotel experience with two years in a management position Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality Strong leadership and a professional image We are looking for a team of A Players.
