Player Advocacy and Service: Business Partner Implementation Specialist
Zynga is currently seeking a Business Partner Implementation Specialist to join our world-class Customer Support Team! You will develop, plan, coordinate, and implement projects for Customer Support.
You should be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment, where change happens at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities:
Gather and document product requirements and meet with stakeholders.
Work closely with business groups and external teams to understand requirements and effectively communicate to cross functional teams.
Maintains implementation calendar, managing lead times, schedules and coordinating with stakeholders on program components for successful implementation.
Following up on open items and ensure project deadlines are met.
Evaluate and analyze programs after completion providing insight for strategy moving forward.
Maintaining a close liaison with internal and external partners.
Other duties as they are assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Experienced in implementation and project coordination.
Highly motivated with a combination of good business and technical skills.
Knowledgeable of implementation solutions and service/support operations.
Ability to work effectively with others within the organization to coordinate strategies, efforts and opportunities.
Must have strong analytical, research and business acumen skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, self-disciplined and dependable with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Must have extensive knowledge of CRM Software, MS software, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
