Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Regional Sales Manager opening to join the Commercial Laundry organization.
Day to Day (what a typical day or week look like in this role)
Today, you might be working to maintain the relationship of an existing customer by being a valued consultant. Tomorrow, you'll identify and go after a new distribution opportunity that would succeed with our commercial laundry products and services. And, then you might discover untapped opportunities to grow our business in areas that we currently are not playing.
What You Will Do
Develop each Commercial Laundry Market using our products and services.
Gain new business opportunities in an ever changing environment, and aggressively grow your existing accounts for the Commercial Laundry Business Unit.
Work with field sales and service people to uncover and reach those hard to find opportunities that can make a significant impact to the placement of the commercial laundry products in the marketplace.
What You Need To Succeed
A winning attitude, along with the drive, diligence and perseverance to grow the business profitably for these strong brands.
Willingness to travel (about-50% of time) to accounts across a large region of the US or Canada while handling phone and computer communications and drive strong business results.
A strong analytical, business acumen to analyze business opportunities and to know and understand our products, markets, and distribution to develop a successful go-to-market strategy for the region.
Have strong relationship skills and ability to be a true consultant to your trade customers by providing leadership, follow-up, good listening skills to problem solve, and a willingness to share what works for others to help your trade customers be successful.
Have good product and competitive knowledge and ability to communication features and benefits for group presentations.
A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the Commercial Laundry industry, a Bachelors Degree and strong references.
